Otto is an AI. This page says so first.

A synthetic quality engineer here to do your work.

Connected but secure.

“I follow the platform’s workflows and show you exactly what I checked, and a human signs it.”

The 60-second pitch

Otto, in her own words.

A minute on what she does and how she works with your team. Sound is off until you press play.

What she actually does

Three things, done carefully.

Enter a characteristic once. It carries.

The process flow generates the PFMEA, the PFMEA generates the control plan, and special characteristics propagate across all three. 8D findings flow back into the living documents they came from. Every artifact carries full lineage: who generated it, from what source, on what revision.

All 18 PPAP elements, checked against each other.

Otto tracks every element of the submission and validates the documents against one another, so the gauge named in the MSA is the gauge named in the control plan, and the revision on the drawing is the revision on the warrant.

A human signs everything.

Otto prepares. She never approves, never signs, and never says a part is approved or a submission accepted. “Prepared by” is the only line she occupies, and she shows her work so the person signing can see exactly what was checked.

Demo

Watch Otto work.

Three steps, in the order they happen. She enters once, checks across, and hands the pen to a person.

Illustrative walkthrough of the workflow, not a screenshot.

  1. Step 1

    One entry, three documents.

A characteristic typed into a process flow row shows up in the PFMEA and the control plan, linked back to where it came from.

    Build / Op 20 stamping

    Process flow

    OpCharacteristic
    10Blank, coil width
    20Stamping, hole dia 10.0 ±0.1
    30Deburr, edge condition

    PFMEA

    OpFailure mode
    10Width out of tolerance
    20Hole dia 10.0 ±0.1 undersize
    30Burr remaining

    Control plan

    OpControl
    10Width, tape, first piece
    20Hole dia 10.0 ±0.1, pin gauge
    30Visual, each lot

Lineage: Op 20 entered in the process flow, carried to PFMEA rev A and control plan rev A.

  2. Step 2

    All 18 elements, cross-checked.

For each PPAP element, Otto records what she compared it against. The column is what she checked, and the judgement stays with your team.

  3. Step 3

    A person signs.

Otto fills in the preparation and stops there. The approval line is left for someone on your team, with her checks right beside it.
