What quality metrics does the dashboard track?
The Monitor Hub shows PPAP request and evaluation counts, evaluation score trends over 7, 30, or 90 days or all time, the split of approved, conditional, and rejected packages, findings by category, a comparison of your active suppliers, open CAPAs and overdue requests, quality alerts, and the audit readiness score. The main dashboard adds short AI-written insights on the same numbers.
Does the dashboard use AI to detect anomalies?
No. The alerts come from fixed rules: a CAPA past its due date, a PPAP request past its due date, and a supplier whose evaluation score fell 10 points or more between its last two evaluations. Western Electric rule checks run on your control charts in the Analyze module, not on the dashboard. An AI model is used for one thing here: the short insights on the main dashboard, which you read and act on.
Can I set up automated quality alerts?
Yes. The quality alert list is built in. Automation rules add your own: pick a trigger, such as an evaluation completing, a request changing status, a supplier submitting every element, or a task going overdue, and an action, such as an in-app notification, an email, a new task, or a new CAPA.
What is an audit readiness score?
The audit readiness score is one number out of 100 that summarizes how ready your PPAP work is for a customer or third-party audit. It weighs four parts: the share of required PPAP elements approved or waived (35%), document completeness (25%), the share of evaluation findings resolved (25%), and overdue items, where each overdue item takes 10 points off that part (15%). With no PPAP data yet, the score reads 0 rather than a flattering default.
How does this help with IATF 16949 management review?
It gathers several of the inputs a management review asks for in one place: supplier performance, corrective action status, PPAP evaluation results, and audit readiness. It does not write the management review report for you; the supplier ranking exports to CSV for the meeting.
