What it means
We built Otto to help the humans, not replace them.
Between us, we have spent years in manufacturing quality: writing PPAPs by hand, chasing supplier corrective actions, sitting through audit prep that ate entire weeks. The paperwork was never the hard part of the job. The hard part was doing all of it while also trying to engineer better products.
Otto takes the retyping, the cross-checking, and the document-matching off your plate. She never approves anything and never signs anything. She prepares, shows exactly what she checked, and hands the pen to a person. That is the whole idea behind the phrase on the shirts and the stickers: automate the boring stuff, so the humans get their engineering time back.

What she actually does
Three things, done carefully.
Enter a characteristic once. It carries.
The process flow generates the PFMEA, the PFMEA generates the control plan, and special characteristics propagate across all three. Every artifact carries full lineage: who generated it, from what source, on what revision.
All 18 PPAP elements, checked against each other.
Otto tracks every element of the submission and cross-validates them, so the gauge named in the MSA is the gauge named in the control plan, and the revision on the drawing matches the revision on the warrant.
She prepares. A human signs.
Otto never approves, never signs, and never says a part is approved or a submission accepted. "Prepared by" is the only line she occupies, with her checks shown right beside it.
